Yaakov Abdelhak

Dr. Yaakov Abdelhak is a board-certified OB/GYN and fellowship-trained Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist. New York City trained, he founded his private practice in 2002 and delivers at Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey.

He is the co-author of The Nature Back Method of Birth and host of the True Birth Podcast, where he shares his expertise and his passion for advancing women's health and empowering birth.

A strong advocate for safe, natural birth, Dr. Abdelhak supports vaginal breech delivery, vaginal twins, VBAC, and VBAC after two cesareans. His expertise spans the management of diabetes, hypertension, severe hyperemesis, recurrent miscarriage, pregnancy after 40, and other complex conditions.
