About
Kristin Mallon, CNM, RNC-OB, MSCP is a board-certified nurse midwife, breast health expert, published author, menopause society-certified provider, and mother of four. Her expertise spans functional fertility, hormones, pregnancy, and the extended postpartum year.
She completed her undergraduate training at UC Berkeley, her nursing degree at Johns Hopkins, and her Master's in Science and Midwifery at New York University, where she also served as Editor-in-Chief of a medical journal. In addition to her clinical practice, Kristin has taught nursing at both the bachelor's and master's level at NYU and Monmouth University, and has contributed to medical textbooks and nursing board exam preparation resources.
She co-hosts the True Birth Podcast, which has published more than 200 episodes.
Kristin believes every woman deserves a respected, gentle, and personalized experience through pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. Her philosophy centers on providing women with both evidence-based medical care and deeply individualized support, so that each path into motherhood is met with compassion, reassurance, and expert guidance.
