Founding Nurse Director
Alexandra Joseph
With over six years of clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient critical care, Alexandra brings a deep commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care to her role as Founding Nurse Leader. Her passion for women's health was ignited through her hands-on experience treating patients with Hyperemesis Gravidarum—an often misunderstood and debilitating condition affecting women in early pregnancy.
Alexandra has spent the past year focused exclusively on supporting women through the challenges of first-trimester complications, combining clinical excellence with personal understanding. Her work is rooted in advocacy, empathy, and empowerment-ensuring that women receive not just treatment, but validation and support during one of the most vulnerable phases of their lives.
Alexandra's leadership shapes a patient-first environment where innovation, safety, and whole-person care come together to improve early pregnancy outcomes. She is proud to help pioneer a new standard of care for women in their first trimester.
